DeployClawd provides voice-cloned AI agents that replicate the expertise of independent consultants, coaches, and other professionals. We enable creators to offer their clients on-demand services through AI-powered agents that can be embedded on websites and provide automated services like pitch deck creation, resume editing, and personalized guidance.

3. AI Agent Services

Our service allows you to create and deploy AI agents based on your expertise. By using this feature:

• You provide training content and voice samples to create your AI agent
• You retain ownership of your original content and expertise
• You can monetize your AI agent through subscriptions and pay-per-use services
• You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are based on your training data but may not always be perfectly accurate

4. Creator Content and Revenue Sharing

When you create and deploy AI agents through DeployClawd:

• You retain all rights to your original content and expertise
• You grant us a license to use your content to train and operate your AI agent
• We collect a platform fee on revenue generated through your AI agent as specified in your creator dashboard
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws
• You must provide accurate information about your qualifications and expertise

5. AI Agent Limitations and Accuracy

AI agents created through our platform are based on training data and may not always provide accurate or complete information. Users and creators acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses should not be considered professional advice unless explicitly stated
• Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their training content
• AI agents may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect outputs
• End users should exercise judgment when relying on AI agent responses

6. Acceptable Use & Safety Policies

All users must comply with our acceptable use and safety policies. AI agents must not be used to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content. We maintain content moderation and safety filters to protect users. 7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployClawd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages arising from AI agent responses or advice.

8. Service Changes and Availability

DeployClawd reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with the service during your first billing month, contact us before your second billing cycle for a full refund. No questions asked. Reach out at info@agent37.com or via the in-app chat.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

DeployClawd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
